Quality： The quality of the product supplied nowhere matches to the sample sent earlier. Instead of making the wedge sponge the manufacturer has cut the sheets in to the shape of wedges and has supplied very hard wedges whereas the sample is very soft. On my questiong the executive of manufacturer is saying their is a tolerance limit. I asked her if their is tolerance limit why didnot you share earlier and if the final product that you shipped to us was of different specs than the sample in that case you must have sent us the PPS and taken approval. You simply pushed the shipment on getting your payment and now you are declining to replace the wedges with our approved sample qualit.
